Donald Paddock has been in the swimming pool business all of his adult life. His experience includes positions as job superintendent, mechanical supervisor and general construction superintendent, overseeing projects in a several state region, including both new and renovation projects. Donald Paddock has also been responsible for construction management projects. Donald is responsible for original contract negotiations and the project as a whole.
Tim Johnson, P.E. is President of Johnson and Associates, an engineering firm located in Oklahoma City. Tim and Johnson & Associates has taken over as engineer for the Paddock projects. His experience includes river and canal projects, bridges and land planning projects, along with a vast array of public and private civil engineering projects. Johnson and Associates has worked with Paddock Enterprises on particular projects since 1998.

Kevin Galliart, NCARB is President of Trinity Group Architects, located in Oklahoma City. Kevin has worked with Paddock on select projects in Oklahoma and Texas since 1999. Kevin takes care of Architectural design of various complimentary buildings and structures. Kevin has been an architect for 28 years and has owned his own firm for the last 14 years.
Dale Cox has over thirty years experience in the design, management, and maintenance of aquatic facilities as Structural Maintenance manager for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma. With 22 pools and almost as many spray pools, Dale has been involved throughout these years in the planning, budgeting, design, renovation and maintenance of these facilities, including promoting and facilitating new designs and functional innovations in municipal aquatics facilities.
